Hawaii Mentor Registration

Each year Village Music Circles welcomes our past participants to join us in Hawaii for The Mentors Leadership Experience.

Mentors are rhythm facilitators who are prepared for a 10-day learning and leadership experience that builds on their VMC facilitation skills. Your training begins with a 3-day mentors-only retreat and continues during the 6-day program where you will cultivate mentor skills through direct experience mentoring a small group within the larger group setting.

Mentors are selected by Arthur Hull and Jim Boneau based on their commitment to the VMC model of community building and their experience in relevant VMC trainings.

Prerequisites for Mentor participation are as follows:
Mentor Participants must:

• have attended at least one 6-day training or two 3-day trainings with Arthur Hull, and,
• demonstrate their commitment to Village Music Circles community building values and techniques.
