Plannig Your Trip — Hawaii Facilitators’ Playshop
We’re so excited to welcome you to Oʻahu for the final Hawaii Facilitators’ Playshop! Below are a few important details to help you plan your travel smoothly.
Arrival & Departure
In March, you will receive a link to the Playshop Facebook page, where you can connect with other participants to arrange your pre- and post-program activities.
Mentor Arrivals
Mentors arrive on or before August 10th. Uber transportation to camp will be available, and we’ll help coordinate shared rides.
6-day Playshop
If you are arriving for the 6-day training on August 13th, schedule your flight to land by 2:00 pm.
The bus to Camp Mokulēʻia departs from Keʻehi Lagoon around 3:00 pm that afternoon.
The 6-day begins after dinner on August 13. When planning your trip, we strongly recommend arriving in Honolulu one day early to adjust and relax. You will arrive at camp around 5 pm.
Departure
The training concludes after breakfast on August 19th. At the end of the program, participants will arrange for an Uber ride back to the airport or Waikīkī. We’ll help you form small groups to make this easy and affordable.
Sunset Sail in Waikīkī
On our last day together, we’ll enjoy an optional Sunset Sail in Waikīkī — a beautiful way to celebrate the closing of our circle. If you plan to join us, we will meet on the beach on August 19th at 2 pm. If you plan to join us, schedule your return flight after 8:00 pm on the 19th, or arrange to stay an additional night. The details will be provided as we approach the date.

Community Connection
As the event approaches, you’ll receive more details and an invitation to join a private Facebook group for all participants. This space is great for connecting, arranging pre- and post-program activities, and sharing travel plans.
We’re excited to share this experience with you — a week of rhythm, learning, laughter, and community connection by the sea at beautiful Camp Mokuleia.
