Facilitate Human Potential Through Rhythm

Village Music Circles' 6-Day Facilitators' training provides beginning and advanced facilitators with the skills to lead rhythm-based events and rhythm experiences for groups of all sizes, ages, and backgrounds.

This immersive experience instantly links participants with a supportive international community, with extensive opportunities to practice, learn, and grow in a safe and encouraging environment. You will learn facilitation skills and techniques, refine your personal style, and experience community-building through rhythm.

Receive support from peers, mentors, and advanced facilitators as you learn to lead small and large groups through rhythm experiences.

The week goes beyond the 3-day trainings—offering expanded facilitation methods, skill refinement, creative development, and hands-on experience in every session.

Over six days, VMC provides more than 50 hours of interactive learning designed to strengthen your facilitation skills.

You’ll engage in:

• Group instruction and discussions led by experienced facilitators.

• Small-group breakout sessions with sequential exercises that build from foundational to advanced techniques.

• Active learning through rhythm, movement, voice, and improvisational games.

• Peer and mentor feedback to help you grow with insight and confidence.

• Individual coaching to support your facilitation journey.

Each day includes opportunities for “Jump-Time” — a playful, open space where you can experiment and practice new techniques in a supportive environment.

You’ll connect with facilitators from around the world, building a network of friends, collaborators, and mentors who share a passion for rhythm and human connection.

This intensive training draws on the facilitation methods developed by Arthur Hull, author, trainer, and founder of Village Music Circles.
